The publication in the peer-reviewed journal "Journal of Biomedical Optics"

The employees of the Laboratory of Biomedical Photonics of the University Clinic along with the Institute of Continuous Media Mechanics of the Ural Branch of Russian Academy of Science (Perm, Russia), the Central Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics named after N.N. Priorov (Moscow) and University of Oulu (Oulu, Finland) published a new article "Analysis of skin blood microflow oscillations in patients with rheumatic diseases" (Irina Mizeva, Irina Makovik, Andrey Dunaev, Alexander Krupatkin, Igor Meglinski) in Journal of Biomedical Optics (Q1 / IF 2,570). The work was performed as part of the strategic project "National Scientific and Technological Center for Biomedical Photonics".

The work is addressed to the analysis of the possibility of using non-invasive optical methods and the developed mathematical apparatus for evaluating the mechanisms of blood flow regulation and the detection of vascular disorders associated with rheumatic diseases.

Congratulations to our colleagues!
