Dr Andrian Mamoshin

In 2001 Dr Andrian Mamoshin graduated from Smolensk State Medical Academy, specialty "General Medicine ". In 2001-2003 he passed clinical residency in "Surgery" at Smolensk State Medical Academy.

In 2003, he completed further training at the Department of postgraduate education of Kursk State Medical University on selected issues of minimally invasive techniques in surgical practice.

In 2005 he passed a viva of PhD thesis "The choice of examination tactics of patients suspected of destructive pancreatitis using minimally invasive interventions under ultrasound tomography control".

In 2007 he passed professional retraining in specialty "Ultrasonic diagnostics"at Smolensk State Medical Academy. In 2009-2010 he passed professional retraining in specialty "Radiology" at the Medical Institute of "Orel state University". In 2010-2012 he passed a short-term training at Kursk State Medical University on selected issues of abdominal x-ray surgery.

Since 2003 he is a surgeon of the Orel Regional Clinical Hospital. In 2018 he became the main medical collaborator of the RSF project 18-15-00201 "Clinical and experimental substantiation of multiparametric optical biopsy of hepatopancreatoduodenal zone organs for minimally invasive surgical operations". Since 2018 he is a senior researcher at Research and Development Center of Biomedical Photonics.

Topic of research:

- development and implementation of optical biopsy techniques in minimally invasive surgery of abdominal organs;

- controlled minimally invasive interventions in abdominal surgery;

- implementation of modern ultrasound examination methods in abdominal surgery.
