2nd international scientific symposium «Sense. Enable. SPITSE.» 2015. St. Petersburg, Russia

Team of scientific-educational center «Biomedical engineering» by leading researcher A. Dunaev take part and successful perform in 2nd international scientific symposium «Sense. Enable. SPITSE.» was held at the St. Petersburg Electrotechnical University "LETI" (Russia) from 22 June to 3 July.

 

 

 

Were the following presentations:

  1. E. Zharkikh «Study of the relationship between the recording parameters of the laser Doppler flowmetry and fluorescence spectroscopy during occlusion test»;
  2. G. Van «Review algorithm for detection the QRS-complex based on machine learning»;
  3. I. Novikova «Application of the wavelet spectrum of the oscillations of basal blood flow during cold pressor tests on the fingers»;
  4. I. Kozlov «The analysis of processing algorithms of laser Doppler signal in LabVIEW software». 

 

Our team takes part in summer school for young researchers at the symposium. A. Dunaev gave a lecture «The Modern Approaches to Non-Invasive Optical Diagnostics of Microcirculatory-Tissue Systems of the Human Body».

 

 

 

There was interest on the part of the Ilminau university (Germany) to researcher works scientific-educational center «Biomedical engineering». Also, it participated in the competition «Research Proposal Competition».

 

Combined team of scientific-educational center «Biomedical engineering» (E. Zharkikh, G. Van) and Ilminau university (L. Schneider, R. Machts) took the first place with presentation: «An integrated system for long-term foot pressure measurement». This team received a diploma «Student Challenge Award». Also, combined team of scientific-educational center «Biomedical engineering» (I. Novikova, I. Kozlov), Ilminau university and the National Research University «Moscow Power Engineering Institute» took the second place with presentation: «Portable laser Doppler flowmetry».
